Quick hit

Lots of really good things.

Big west coast style pine. Also tons of grapefruit. Pungent mango. Fruity yes, but hoppy? Hell yes! Punch you in the mouth hops that your grand kids will taste. A resin monster. Nice biscuity malt base there if you can find it. Clean bitter finish. I think it may be a hair too bitter for many people, and White Rajah is the better balanced Ohio ipa. Fat Heads owns hoppy beers though

I'm a sucker for beers resembling WC IPA's. Here goes:

A: Very clear orange amber with a large head that leaves adequate lacing. Plenty of carbonation to boot.

S: Very piney and floral characteristics. Also some grapefruit. Also some caramel malt and honey to balance out the hops.

T: Delicious. Tastes very much like SN Hoptimum. Initial taste is of caramel/honeyed malt which gives way to hops. Hops are predominantly piney with a hint of grapefruit(i.e., pineapple, some mango, too). Great mix between hops and malt.

F: Very good. Very full-bodied. Actually, it feels somewhat heavier than 7.5% ABV.

O: Great beer. Will have again.
