Had on Tab at the brewery. I love aggressive IPAs and this is one. Great color and aroma. A great sipper to enjoy all the complex flavors and happiness this brew has to offer.

16 oz pour on tap into nonic pint

A: rich amber orange body with great clarity not much of a head.

S: caramel toffee papaya honey peaches mango grass lemon

T: lush tropical fruits papaya mango honey and a rich caramel malt finish slightly bitter and sweet.

M: Medium bodied decent carbonation light cling on the finish.

O: This is a good beer drinks a lot like a hoppy red ale because of the sweet malt caramel finish. Otherwise it's a fruit explosion quite easy drinking.

Description: Golden and mostly clear with maybe a touch of cloudiness. Only about half a finger of head, but for and IPA it should surprising head retention. Smell was fruity up front, with mango, orange and pineapple with a little bit of pine on the back. Taste was similar to the smell but...MORE. Tropical fruit on the front with a clean, bitter, pine finish. Everything was very nicely balanced. Feel was standard IPA medium body and medium carbonation.

Suggested food pairing: Chicken kabobs with grilled pineapple

If you like this beer you should also try: Bodhi

Overall: 4.5 (This beer is very good and I would definitely drink it again) Was surprised to see that this was available and really glad that I could get a pint. Another awesome IPA from Fat Head's. Great flavor and balance. Really reminded me of Bodhi, especially with the punch of bitterness on the finish. If you have a chance to get this one, do so without reservation.

Draft at Lackman in Cincinatti, OH.

Clear, golden orange body with a quarter inch of white collar. Aromas of grapefruit zest, pine, orange. Medium-high bitterness with juicy grapefruit. Solid.
