Winter ale from Abbaye Afflingem “Cuvée de Noel” weighing in at 6.5% (I am a bit confused by the restaurant). Malty, dark ale with a spice and clove hit up front, sweet malty goodness on the palate, and a slightly bitter after. Definitely one to curl up in front of the fire with! I am having Moules Marinera in Paris. Chacun a son gout!
