A-Slightly hazy apple-cidery amber. Fizzes like a soda. No head.

S-A flabby malt flavor with faint red apple, bits of spice.

T-Variety of tastes that don't come together, and a pervading sourness throws off the other flavors. The sourness, although faint, is enough to clash with the malt and the spice. Finish simultaneously dry, spicy and sour.

M-Good carbonation, medium-bodied. Again, midpalate and finish don't come together.

D-Not bad, and goes fine with dinner, but lacks harmony.

33cl bottle: out of date by 3 months when poured into a 'Palm' badged tulip on 26 Apr 2013 (at home).

Misty rather than cloudy: reddy amber hue to the body, no head worthy of the name, just a weak collar and mini wisp in the middle of the glass. Not much sediment left the bottle, but it was still not a clear beer.

Yeasty and sweet aroma, mixed bunch of floral spices also in the nose.

The taste followed the smells: yeasty and sweet with fruity, floral undertones. Malty more than hoppy, sweet rather than dry, flavoursome, not bland: in short fairly interesting and better than I expected. I like the sweeter brews.

Pours light hazy amber with thin and dense off-white head, patchy dowsliding lacing. Aroma is spicy malt with citrus hops and low fruity esters.

Taste is moderate flowery hops balanced with soapy, sourish and spicy (cinnamon perhaps) malt - the complex mix is not tool pleasant. Mouthfeel is medium with average carbonation.

Overall, a strange beer with rather repugnant malty character, I would not call this beer 'Prestige'.
