I haven't been here late at night but I have stopped in a few times. the beer list has improved and now has a decent selection of micros. they ahd two kinds of yard's and two victory beers, among others. In and of itself that isn't notable but this is the only place I've found in the vicinity that has any so if you're at temple and like beer, this is the place to go. It may have some identity problems but i suspect that will change as more venues open up in the area...and there will be less of a need for a one size fits all place.

A: Pretty cool. A little dark & dank. A decent pub look; lots of wood. But pretty dirty.

Q: D I R T Y. This is def a corner bar on broad street. And obviously: no parking.

Ser: I went in to see if they fill growlers. No one came up to me and asked me if I needed help, and there was no bartender behind the bar. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes, and finally I walked over to 2 people in the back and asked if they fill browlers; and without looking up from texting he answered "yeah".

Sel: Magic Hat, Yuengling, Shock Top...meh.

V: Center city prices.

And out the door I went.

This is one of the view bars on Temple's campus and s usually filled with college aged crowd. Basically one huge room with a large bar in the middle surrounded by high tops and booths. Not much else to talk about as far as atmosphere. Very crowded after 5:00 p.m.

They have a bunch of BMC, Gunniess, Stella and other beers of that ilk but little to nothing in the way of craft. I think that they usually have one local from Yards or Victory but that's it.

Typical Applebees like bar food but it's actually pretty good for what it is. The portions are large and everything is usually made pretty well.

I would not go here for a drink unless I was meeting someone on Temple's campus. Even then I might suggest going somewhere else after we ate there.

This bar is on Temple Univeristy's campus and is one of only three bar's in the area. While it is the biggest and has the best beer selection it is not a very good bar.

The bar seems to be suffering a sort of identity crisis, it wants to be a beer bar, a sports bar and a dance club all at once. You can go in the afternoon to enjoy a beer or two, there will probably not be that many people in there. Come night time though, during the week, the place turns into a poor sports bar and on the weekends you'll have to pay a cover and listen to blarring music while you sit a the bar.

While they do attempt to have a wider selection of beer than a normal college bar it seems to miss the mark. Its under new managment so its better than it used to be but still not great.
