Pours a crystal clear gold, but the scant half-finger of soapy head disipates almost immediately (we're talking under 15 seconds here). Now I'm sitting here facing a goblet of beer with no head whatsoever, and I haven't even taken a sip yet. Low overall carbonation too. This same beer was in the bottle just a minute ago...
The smell is not unappealing. Tart fruit. Cider. But that's all there really is to it...
The taste is a bit more up to par. Predominantly tart fruit, but with a slight underbelly of funk. There also seems to be some residual sweetness - in a tripel? Shouldn't this be more dry?
The mouthfeel is pleasant but really out of style. It's a bit odd overall because of said apparent residual sugars. Additionally, the low carbonation deadens things...
Judging from their BSPA and this, it seems Brew It Up should just stop brewing Belgians. Weird, out of style tartness, low carbonation. Horrible head retention? On a Belgian? Ugh...

Medium orange color. Medium white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and spicy. A medium bodied Belgian Strong Ale. Malts are fruity (orange and peaches). Spicy as expected, but missing some of the yeasty nature you would expect in a triple. The 10.5% alcohol is well hidden, but there is a touch of an alcohol bite. Very drinkable with a nice slight sweet fruity finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.
