I was "vacationing" for the weekend in Rancho Cucamonga and had a yen for some decent beer I could enjoy in my hotel room. I found this listing in BA and made the trek. Hotel alley (including my hotel) is centered around the Ontario Mills mall; this establishment is NW about as far as you can go and still be in Rancho.

I wasn't expecting aisles of beer. I arrived to an entire cooler wall of beer. About 1/2 the doors were the usual suspects (gas-station beer I call it). The remaining doors contained a decent selection of west-coast 6 packs and 22 oz bottles. They also sell singles.

I ended up mixing a 6 pack of Anderson Valley and also purchasing a 22 oz of Old Viscosity (sounds promising). The prices were reasonable and the gentlemen behind the counter were pleased to find out I found them based on a BA listing.

Town & Country is a nice liquor store that carried a decent selection of craft beers. I believe most beers were in coolers.

The selection is on par with what you would find at better bottle shops. Like my other visits to area liquor stores today, I will definitely return when I'm in the area.

I have friends that live in apartments adjacent to the shopping center this is located in, and my little brother used to live right around the corner so we went here often.
They have a great selection of mostly the usual suspects - a handful of Belgians and a bunch of California micros (both 6 packs and singles) The people there are always nice and friendly. They have a good wall of nothing but beer and their prices are pretty much average - can't complain. Definitely one of the best (selection) in the area.

Located at the end of the Stater Bros. shopping center, Town and Country is first and foremost a liquor store--whiskey, vodka etc. They have, however, 3 coolers of quality beer. Offerings from Stone, Alesmith and Bear Republic are always available.

I haven't paid much attention to the store's stock of imported beer. Certainly all the usual suspects can be found, as well as a few that are bit less widely available.

The proprietor is friendly and enthusiastic about beer--and he's open to stocking requests (for example, yesterday I left that store with some Dogfish Head 90 Min.). Most of the beer is sold in six-packs, but there are usually 15 or 20 different varieties available in bombers. I can always find something I like. The selection is not extensive enough to warrant a long drive, but this store is a good choice for locals.
