Wow. Had this on nitro at FWOT in Conshy. Delicious for a fruited IPA; I'd say a masterful blend. Sweet spot ABV. I especially appreciate the clean, clear golden color and complementary flavoring with hops vs. pineapple.

Looking for a little change, so how about a fruited IPA? Pineapple seems a nice way to flavor something drinkable. Two brown twelve ounce bottles are emptied into a clear glass liter mug, which reveals a liquid colored copper-amber. A big frothy white head rests on top, the result of plenty of carbonation. The aroma is sweetly hoppy, but the pineapple doesn't pronounce itself boldy. But, it's there for the tasting. Overall, this isn't too sweet. There's enough of a dry hoppiness to the taste to cover the sweetness the pineapple may bring. Nothing like just a pineapple beer, this is an IPA with a touch of the fruit. With a decent body and bit of a hop bite, it's not a bad IPA. It’s not great in the traditional way, mainly because there's no malty character and the hops are one dimensional. A better one gets its sweetness via malt. At the end, the glass lacing is nice to observe.

This was the best option at the gas station across from the hotel on the eastern shore where my son and I are doing a weekend at the beach. I like Evolution but usually don't like fruity IPAS. This one is typical, but the pineapple isn't overly intrusive. A bit of balance in the middle but the finish returns to bitter citrus. Texture is relatively smooth. Not a favorite, but you could do worse.

Pours a clear golden color with light notes of amber. Carbonation is visible, while a moderate frothy head retains well.
Not surprisingly, the nose is dominated by pineapple. This is complimented by notes of grassy and dank hops.
As expected, the taste is full of flavors of pineapple juice. Notes of citrus play a supporting role. A developing hops bitterness helps balance out the juiciness. The herbal hops flavors become increasingly resiny and pine like. The bready malt base is mostly neutral with a touch of caramel sweetness. The finish is resiny with notes of minty grass.
Medium bodied, slick and mouth coating owing to the hops oils. Smooth mouthfeel with a crisp carbonation.
Solid IPA that has a nice level of bitterness to balance out the pineapple juices. I would have again.

This is a 6.8% American IPA with a pineapple themed overtone. Let’s take a look.
Look-This has a slight haze and a buckwheat honey color. It has an off-white head and a thick foamy beaten egg-whites consistency.
Smell-It has a fruity zest aroma with a biscuit/caramel malt background and some grapefruit peel zest.
Taste-The flavor is upfront tropical fruits, mostly pineapple, tangerine, and orange. I get a citrus-peel zest undertone and a strong caramel malt backbone. A bready malt backbone complements the zesty citrus and there is almost even a buttery biscuit flavor on the tongue after each sip. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and sticky yet refreshing.
Overall-This is a refreshing beer and is relatively great. It is sufficiently flavorful and enjoyable to merit, but isn’t anything to write home about. Give it a try.
