Got this one because it is routinely dubbed as one of the best beers in america.

A - Beautiful copper color. Nice white head with nice lacing. Clear beer.

S - Amazing hop nose with strong Pacific NW hops. Very citrus hop character that pulls you in. Not really any other scents coming through at 40 degrees.

T - Has a great hop flavor that holds the beer nicely on the tongue . It's a nice IPA that has everything you would desire in an IPA. Light hints of malt and a subtle ale character that make gives it some balance but definitely a hop heavy brew. Nice moderate bitter finish along with some alcohol make this a great drinking beer.

M - Moderate mouth-feel in the middle but the hops linger and the bitterness quenches. Great carbonation making the beer really pop.

Overall, a terrific NW IPA. I really enjoyed this IPA based on the pronounced hops and a drinkable feel. I'd definitely recommend it for the great flavor. A word of caution I did get pretty sleepy after two of these so don't drink and drive with this bad boy.

Poured from can into willy glass. A slightly hazy golden-copper color with a thin head that persists. Aroma is a blast of floral, dank, piney's wonderful. Taste is also dank and floral mixed with some caramel and butterscotch. The bitterness lingers offsetting the fairly malty backbone. Mouthfeel is great....carbonation that lasts and a silky smooth texture throughout. Overall, this is a great IPA, worth picking up even considering the $15/6-pack.
