On tap at Thirsty Moose Taphouse. Ruby brown put with finger of off white foam. Very pretty. Aroma is of caramel, Malt, and booze. Flavor is similar, more alcohol comes through than expected. Finish is slightly astringent, a little disappointing.

Appearace: Crystal clear amber

Aroma: Cereal and caramel malts

Flavor: Touch of melanoidin, some sweetness, that for whatever reason feels artificial. Caramel.

Mouthfeel: Not quite crisp enough.

More of an imperial Oktoberfest than a dopplebock IMO.
