I've stopped in a few times, and waited until now to rate the place. That's because my impression sometimes changes over time. I like the local and import six pack selection, although not outstanding, still satisfying for me. I enjoyed seeing the Fuller's and Murphy's, then the Troegs, Lancaster & Stoudts. They must have a call for Sam Adams as indicative of their shelf allocation. Two coolers for singles, one with some macro / micros and one with the big lite and malt liquor cans. I paid $3 for a DFH 90 minute, and saw $2.25 for a Nugget Nectar (already have some). I paid $11 for some Batch 19 just because I had not yet tried it (pretty good for the style).

In short, I can always find something here, but won't visit if I'm after a big selection. Nuff said.

Stopped at this joint for the first time and I was a bit suprised at the selection. Alot of good beers for the size and location. Mostly locals (Troegs, Lancaster, Victory, Stoudts) and the ususals (Sam Adams, Sierra Nevada, Dogfish Head) but still a decent selection. Prices were about as expected. The singles selection was a little lacking. I didn't try the food but I did grab a menu and it looks like a good spread at reasonable prices. And the place looks clean so that's a plus. All in all, I'd say it's worth a stop if it's on your way but is not really a destination for a beer haul.

I would have said that if you are planning to visit the Spring House barn in Conestoga, this would make an obvious top along the way, but with the pending opening of the downtown TapRoom, it may not be necessary to make the trek.

It was a tiny place but they sure filled it nicely with coolers. There were a total of eleven (11) eight-shelf coolers, three (3) of which were dedicated to CANs! Oh my. Entering, to the right, and next to the counter, was a five-shelf cooler for single bottles while to the left of the door, a six-shelf cooler held singles of CANs. Sure, there was a bunch of pedestrian BMC products and wine coolers and such, but there were also enough oddball singles that it seemed worth a stop. I like the opportunity to try new beers without having to commit for (worst-case scenario) a case and even a sixer sometimes seems like overkill to me. The people at the counter have always been friendly to me and while it may not rate a trip by itself, if you are in the area, you ought to stop in.

Stopped by on the way home from Spring House's Planet Bean release.

Quality: Right off of the New Danville Pike and PA-741 intersection, New Danville 6-Pak is a combination restaurant and take-out joint. Coolers, 6 or so, line the wall immediately on entrance. A small cooler of singles is by the register. Looks like seating is available past the coolers but I didn't investigate.

Service: At least two generations of family were behind the counter. No one was working the floor and I wasn't looking for assistance.

Selection: A wide selection in the coolers, unfortunately most everything is BMC-oriented. From a craft perspective, Victory, Lancaster, Lagunitas, Stoudt's, and Troegs stand out. Sam Adams was also in strong supply. I didn't see anything that I had to have but the selection isn't bad for the middle of nowhere.

Food, advertised as American and Chinese take-out, is available. I didn't try any though.

This quiet store, about 5 miles southwest of Lancaster city, has a pretty good selection for it's size. There is a decent variety of imports, , as well as micro's, and a small selection of bombers. The singles cooler is stocked with a good variety and I was allowed to break up a 6 pack upon request.

The staff here is very friendly and always engages me in conversation. Chinese food is served here. The place is usually empty, probably due to it's out of the way location. Prices are about standard for PA. Overall a decent pick if in the area.
