My parents own some stocks in his closely held corporation and we visit usually 1-2x /year when I can make my way over there. The brewery is located in Flims' old firehouse, centrally located in Flims-Waldhaus.
This is a great place year around when very good food, service and of course; beer. I highly recommend this "detour" to everyone. Flims is a beautiful town in the Swiss Alps and you are going to enjoy this for sure.
As far as I remember, they always have their Helles, Dunkles and Hefeweizen year-round at the brewery plus some seasonals. Quite a few of the local hotels and restaurants also have their beer on tap.
