Ok, Brew Horizons is not a full homebrew store. What it is a number of shelves in the front of a hardware store with some ingredients, kits, and hardware.

It is more geared for the beginning or extract brewer. There are a number of steeping grains, (pre-milled and bagged) but definitely not the variety or volume that an all grain brewer would be looking for.

I happened to drop by when the owner was restocking the shelves, and he seemed more than willing to get anything that you wanted to get. He has a website now, so I imagine you could coordinate an order with him.

If you stopped by on a random day, there probably would not be anyone on the hardware side of the business that would be able to answer your questions.

So here's the run down:
Quality: Everything seemed fresh and newly bagged.
Service: Excellent when the owner was there, probably non-existant when he is not.
Selection: Small and geared for the new or extract brewer.
Value: Prices seemed in line with most shops.
