A go-to IPA in my ice chest anytime. Clean, consistent, walks right up to the delightfully raggedy edge of 'too hoppy'. Would prefer a smidge more ... effervescence? That said, if I arrive at a party and Hops of Wrath is among the choices in the box, I'm hitting it first.

19.2 oz can from Bel Air. Medium golden , foamy head subsides to patchy cap. Aroma focuses on the hops, dusty, musty. Taste brings some resinous notes, sticky, mouth coating. Clasdic IPA feel.

Appearance: Pours a golden/amber color, slightly hazy, with a thick white soapy foam head. Low to medium carbonation.
Aroma: Pineapple, papaya. Soft fruity, some piney and bready notes. Mellow sweetness.
Taste: A fairly complex balance of earthiness. some piney and tropical fruit Some bitterness in the middle, bready and malty in the back. Mellow bitter finish that lingers.
Overall: This was quite a surprise. Well balanced with a good degree of complexity. Solid drinkability. While it isn't the best beer that I've had, I can see this becoming one of my favorites. Hats off to the brewmaster.

Golden color with a big foamy bubbly head. High amount of carbonation. Aroma is initially floral and perfume like. Taste is bitter grapefruit followed by a grainy malt. Bitterness lingers for a while. Yes, mainly carbonated bitterness with slight citrus flavors.
