A refreshing pale ale brewed using Casade hops with the added indulgence of elderflower.

Gorgeous beer with the addition of elderflower, have had on draft and in bottle, clear pint, strong hoppy smell, glorious taste of hops and elderflower, one of my favourite pints.

Hand-pulled half-pint on 6th Dec 13 in The Crown Inn, Oakengates.
Golden brew with lemon notes all over the place, couldn't pick up any Elderberry esters or flavours like the brewery claim is around this brew. Too many citrus flavours for me.
Medium bodied, but I don't like citrus, golden brews and this is certainly one of those, really pleased I only had a half.
Scored objectively (mostly).

Orange color, normal head.
A fresh and inviting smell, floral, with strong notes of elderflowers. Malt. Honey. Good.
Same notes in the taste, and a gain, a good floral note, with the elderflowers.
Freshness over all.
Light to average body, short aftertaste, a good comeback of floral and elderflowers.
Good.

Poured from a 500ml bottle into a pint glass.
Pours a clear light golden colour with a small head that leaves a bit lasting.
Smells wonderful, refreshing and sweet of elderflower and cascade hops.
Tastes fairly watery, but not weak. Light hops and a slight hint of elderflower again, with light malts balancing it out slightly.
Overall a great beer for the summer, very refreshing.
