Received 3 bottles in a gifted beer of the month club. Poured into Pilsner glass.
A= Golden, orange tint, clear. Thick white head.
S= Lite aroma, bit of lemony citrus and bready/toasty malt.
T= Salt lingers in the aftertaste, nice level of saltiness. Malt, toast, and straw flavors linger, has a bit of pepper too.
M=Dry and crisp. Flavors hit the tongue but do not linger
O= I would drink this beer again, it was easy to drink and had a nice toasty malt character. The salt was there, not overpowering. Kept its nice thick head throughout. Good for warm weather, summer nights.

Definite salt flavor yet fairly mild. Interesting but not outstanding. Light, refreshing.

Don't really know where ur getting that antg8989. Not sure if we're drinking the same beer. No murky mud. No Pilsner malts. An airy head that fades quick and leaves a nice lace. Crisp and refreshing off the bat with a nice carbonation. A good summer ale. Followed by a sweetness that's balanced with a slight salty flavor noting saltines. Finishes with just enough hops to justify itself without being too bitter and jading it's refreshing nature. More of a lighter summer beer for the craft fan. I'd compare it to Blue Point's spring fling ale. Not exactly mind blowing but I'd bring a case to a bbq

12 oz bottle

Near clear, near golden, slight off white head.

Minor malt nose.

Malty with some crisp fruit up front. Then some pepper, lime and dry hops.

Dry summery brew. Nothing special but a decent quaffer and likely would be a workable accompaniment to a warm summer day.

On draft at The Lark, East Northport, NY.

Poured a light brassy hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and lacing.

The smell featured grassy hops and a soft pale malt.

The taste consisted of a vibrant herbal hop spice atop a thin grainy malt. A slight salty tang noticed at the finish.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a dry finish.

Overall a good standard ale.

Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a huge airy white head. Quite merangue like. It slowly settles into a fluffy cap, tons of webby lacing on the glass.

The aroma has a light lemony and metallic twang. A bit musty. Grassy hop.

The beer had a bright citrus flavor, mainly grapefruit, perhaps some orange. Subtle salt note. The combination of the two give the beer a Belgian pale ale flavor as it mimics the clovey yeast. The malt is dry and cracker like. A grassy hop note provides some bitterness in the end.

The feel is light and bright. Fizzy carbonation helps with the drinkability. Slight bitterness on the palate.

A very freshing beer. Enjoyable flavors. I could drink a bunch of these.

A: The beer is crystal clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface, a collar around the edge, and some lacing down the sides.
S: Light to moderate aromas of grassy hops are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy hops along with notes of cracker malts and hints of pilsener malts and sea salt. There is a light amount of bitterness. The grassiness lingers into the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is some dryness in the finish.
O: I thought this beer might be a little gimmicky from its name, but was pleasantly surprised to see it packed with aromas and flavors of grassy hops.

- brewed with Atlantic sea salt. Bot. 2/27/14. consumed 12.01.14 in duvel tulip.

(3.45) A: Dense tangerine orange with a slow rising effervesce. Milky-bread white colored one inch head, with a strong rate of retention. Leaves with a thick, milky lace band.

(3.15) S: The aroma was soft of salted sliced lemons with a small tartness. Reserved.

(3.35) T: Flavor was salty of sliced lemons, wheat and grapefruit peel. Hint of straw, dry orange peels with some grassiness of hops and pepper spicing.

(3.35) M: Light frothy mouthful, tart, and dry, with a bitterness of tart salted orange on the tongue.

(3.35) O: Overall the beer lived up to its name, it did have a noticeable amount of sea salt and didn't hold back, so it just wasn't a gimmicky marketing strategy. It tends to drink like a wit from a salted margarita glass or a salty blonde. An interesting try, just not one to be consumed in multiples and had very little supporting cast of flavors to make this interesting or hold ones attention beyond the salt factor. Ok.

Pours murky, gold in color with 1/2 inch head . Taste is cereal grain, grass, and light salt at the end. Light bodied, moderate carbonation and slightly sweet. Was expecting more of a gose style ale, but this is more blonde ale with a just a touch of salt. makes for an ok beer, but not one I am likely to revisit.

Served on tap at the new Little Pub in Wilton CT. Pint glass.

Sea salt ale. Pours bright gold with thick head of white foam. Sticks. Light malty smell. Little floral. Flowery water taste that hits a hop and closes like salt water. Interesting. Light summer beer, quite tasty. Very good. 35 35 40 375 375

Out of a bottle dated 6 months old. Nearly crystal clear straw-gold with fine bubbles and a white head. Slight saltine aftertaste bringing faint saltiness and cracker malts. Some dank bitterness sneaks in when warm but largely neutral. I think it might be well suited for a lime.
