Aroma is sweetish malts, slight fruit and old hops. The flavor is mals, fruit, mild scotch undertones and a slightly sweet/spicy hop/warming alcoholic finish.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Peach/orange in color. Little to no head at first, but later a foamy skim accumulated.
Smells of sweet fruit juice, some malts, hops, and alcohol.
Tastes a little sweet, brown sugar, malts. A little grassy and spicy.
A medium body, a little sticky.

Pours a clear, copper color. 1/2 inch head of an off-white color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of strong alcohol, strong sweet malt, caramel malt, rye, pale malt, slight hops, and slight yeast. Fits the style of an American Strong Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and clean, with an average carbonation level. There is a noticeable bitterness and dryness. Tastes of strong alcohol, strong sweet malt, spicy hops, sight citrus hops, slight caramel malt, hint of rye, and pale malt. Overall, good appearance, strong body and aroma, with a decent blend.

Pours copper with a big head, quickly fading to a lingering lace.
Fruity nose, sweet malts, tropical fruits flavors. Alcohol is present, distracting from the flavor.
Interesting display of Tasmanian hops.

Pours an effervescent amber with 2+ fingers of ivory colored head. Great lacing & head retention
S: Pear & a little grapefruit plus grassiness
T: Pear, nectarine, a little grapefruit & tangerine up front, some mango as well. Pink grapefruit & mango as this warms, a little peach as well & some grassiness. Finishes with a tropical flourish, some grassiness & melon
MF: Medium body, slight carbonation & nice balance
Drinks so easy for the ABV, this is really well done, not sure why it's called an Old Ale...

Amber color with inch of head. Nose is faint malts and hops with some sweetness. Taste is pretty plain beer taste. Stronger version of a macro. Sweet lingering finish. Pretty average beer. Meat and potatoes type beer. Not horrible but nothing special to it.
