A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that slowly died down, consistently leaving a thin head covering the surface and some lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of grassy hops and bready malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of grassy hops along with notes of bready malts and hints of grainy and adjunct malts. The hops contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite easy to drink and tastes like a hybrid between a Czech Pilsner and a Euro Pale Lager.

Poured a medium straw hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was decent retention and good lacing.

The smell featured a moderate grainy malt with an earthy noble hop.

The taste consisted of round malts, an earthy noble hop and a bit of metal.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style.

Overall a tasty hop driven euro lager.

330 ml bottle into lager glass, bottled on 4/28/2017. Pours fairly crystal clear medium golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of pale malts and earthy hop notes; with solid strength. A bit fruity/yeasty in the aromas, but not overwhelming. Taste of big cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate herbal, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of cracker, lightly toasted biscuit, white bread dough, pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance. Slight lingering hop astringency through the glass, but not overwhelming. Light-moderate increasing dryness from bitterness. Very clean on lager flavors, with minimal yeast notes present. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.9%. Overall this is a very nice Czech pilsner style. All around nice robustness and balance of pale malts and earthy hop flavors; very smooth, clean, and pretty refreshing to drink. Great balance between Pils malts and Saaz hops; very flavorful for the low ABV. This was just a bit too overly drying for the style, but otherwise pretty spot on. A very enjoyable offering.

The colour is pale gold (6 EBC), the liquid crystal clear. The two finger head is white and airy; it sinks quickly leaving no lacing.

The smell got notes of butter, French loaf, candy sweetness and floral hops. Quite average.

The taste is light. Thick notes of butter and pop corns. Medium sweetness. Floral hops, relatively low bitterness. Light to medium body. The aftertaste is a bit malty with growing clean sweetness, hints of butter and fresh flowers (rose-flavoured candy). The short finish got notes of margarine and smooth sweetness.

The carbonation is fresh, the many mid-sized bubbles are long-lasting. The liquid is semi-smoot.

Highly drinkable, fresh buttery notes, clean and balanced. An OK Czech 11°.
