What an amazing place. Can't believe I've never stopped in here. The place is 50% Italian market 50% alcohol. My wife and I were simply amazed at the amount of shelves that contained booze. An entire isle from one of the store to the other filled from top to bottom with beer. All the newest seasonal were on the shelves. Every brewery from Wisconsin was well represented along with tons of American craft and a solid import section.

The food from this place is top notch. I've had many dishes prepared with their authentic ingredients.

Service was non existent but I wasn't looking for any. Prices were reasonable. Not really my neck of the woods but if I'm in the area I will be stopping in.

A beer mecca for anyone even close to the Chicago area or in SE Wisconsin. The food alone makes this place worth a visit (authentic Italian creations, with a little bit of Wisconsin-area twists <
If you are debating Woodson's versus here, they carry everything Woodson's will have - they will be close on pricing, and the selection/allocation/hidden gems will make the tiny bit extra worth it (Woodon's brat and cheese selection was pretty intense however). I bought close to $225 worth here in one visit.

I relocated to SE Wisconsin two months ago from the south, and Tenuta's has been by far my new go-to beer shop in the area. Kyle, the manager, is one of the most sincere and helpful beer folks I've ever come across to boot, which makes shopping there easier. There's a lot of beer here in WI I've yet to have, and he's always got great suggestions.

While a Woodman's will have more bulk, and other area beer shops might get an occasional 3 Sheeps or something that Tenuta's won't, there's no question this place has the deepest and most well-stocked options. There's beer at Tenuta's that I've never seen before. And it's the largest independent beer selection I've encountered yet in the area (stress on the word "independent").

I'll be going here for years to come, stocking my house full of delicious beer and their awesome food. You have to go.

As a beer store, THE BEST! From New Glarus, Black Husky, Valkyrie, 3 Sheeps, to Surly, Founders and more they have it all.

As an Italian Marcato, better than any in Chicago!

how these guys get so much beer into such a small space is hard to believe but there is literally tons of beer. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable and had some beers set aside for me since I was coming from out of town. Cleaned off one of the shelves and they even had more beer Somewhere else to restock which I which is hard to believe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stock up on Wisconsin beers. Btw. Great selection of new glarus products
