So first of all, never had this beer before but the can says it's a quarterly brew. I just bought the can this evening and the bottom says it was brewed on the 21 of August so I'm guessing this isn't the freshest. That said it also claims that it is comprised, hopwise, of Centennial, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops. Fuckin Indiana.
Pours a surprisingly dark amber/orange, thin and quickly dissipating head. Looks very DIPA at first pour. Nose is mildly fruity and grassy, not particularly strong but again this is an older can. Flavor is mildly fruity and sweet, tangy papaya, some other tropical/floral notes. DIPA again, lots of malt. Drinks heavy across the tongue, a couple sips in and there is a syrup building. Fairly clean and well balanced but too thin and too much gunk. Id like to try the freshest iteration of this next time around but all in all it's a decent American IPA, I bet it stays tasty at the taproom

Pour is a bright copper color, practically translucent, light tan head. Big hop aromas, with citrus and pine leading the parade.
Taste is all about the hops - citrus, with orange peel, and loads of piney, resiny hops. This is a really nice "sit around the pool and pound 'em" beer.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a 1 pint can on September 24, 2017. Canned 07 JUL 17. A malt forward IPA with some dank hops. I am glad I tried it, but I probably would not have it again.

16oz orange can, dated 28JUN17 Centennial Mosaic Eldorado
A - tall frothy ivory head holds incredible retention atop a deep amber/copper colored ale; tons of thick foam sticks to the glass
S - juicy & zesty citrus, pine, caramel, toasty grain
T - wicked hop forward bitterness with earthy pine resin leading into some grapefruit and orange zest; burnt caramel and toasted grain add some sweetness but this is definitely a fistful of hops
M - full body, fully resinous hops stick to the palate, starts bitter and ends bitter with zest and pine lingering
O - definitely a hop bomb. It has good flavors and I enjoyed it thoroughly even though the 75ibu drinks more like 125ibu in my opinion.

16oz canned 7/7/17 poured into a craftmaster one at fridge temp 6.4% ABV 75 IBU with Centennial, Mosiac & Eldorado per can bottom. The beer pours bright and has deep caramel amber color. The head is light tan and leaves some lacing. Not a lot of aroma at all. Some slight caramel and vague hops. The taste is a nice subtle caramel malt first then a rush of citrus, pine and tropical flavor. Nice bitterness on the end to balance the malt up front. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, well carbonated and semi dry with some sticky resin hanging around. Overall, good. It's really hard to give an IPA a higher score with no aroma and old school taste/color combo. I would buy a 12 pack of Torpedo over a 4 pk of this again at the same price.
