Clear amber orange appearance, with a fluffy moist khaki head, and good retention. Fruity, grapefruit, pineapple, melon, malty. Medium body and carbonation.

Easy drinking pale ale to give to a macro lager drinker in the hopes they like it. No real use other than that, it’s throughly mediocre.

On tap at the Sun King brewery in Sarasota. It's what a pale should be. Light and hoppy. This one was a light sweetness to it that I appreciate. Id put it in my frig.

16oz can enjoy by date 7/29/22 into a pint glass.
L: Pours a mostly clear light caramel color w/a 1/2" off white soft head, good carbonation, decent head retention to a thick skin, random skeletal lacing.
S: Fruity, mango, orange, citrus zest, light bready graham cracker.
T: Toasted caramelized malts, citrus zest, berries, light orange, tangerine, a hint of lime, toasty malts return in the finish. Moderately bitter overall.
F: Crisp, zesty, full-flavored medium light bodied mouthfeel w/a med-fast semi-dry finish. Not much linger.
O: A good tasting well balanced American Pale Ale with fruity, malty and zest bitter all up front. A very refreshing semi-light brew that is very good in it's style.

Pours clear gold with nice head and lacing. Nice fruity hop on the nose. A little thin on flavor and mouthfeel.

A solid, but not superb pale ale. This is a nice example of a pale ale it just doesn't separate itself from others out there.

Osiris - An Indiana Pale Ale.
16 oz can.
Best By 12/29/20.
Into Bearded Iris Willi Beecher.
A lovely honey gold erupts into the glass with a firm, creamy, dense head of 2 fingers. It receded after a couple minutes while I got situated to a half finger. It leaves/left lacing while swirled in the glass. Very nice. It's slightly foggy, but mostly transparent.
Very malty aromas with notes of potato lefse, rich graham-y sweetness, with stabs of pine, orange, and lychee here and again.
BAM! There it is! A nearly perfect balance of hops and malt - it's just beautiful is what it is. I come away thinking, this is just a damn fine beer, period. They're good beer makers. Pick your activity - hiking, swimming, golf, television, hot tub, baseball game, quietly sitting at your computer reviewing - it just seems like it'd work. Onto specifics...opens with sweet and bitter grapefruit with hints of grass or pine, but it is swelled over by a wonderful bread-y malt, a drip of honey, a hit of rye, and a stab of Czech pils hops. The balance is immaculate. It tastes like hoppy bread.
Feel is crisp, smooth, clean, good carbonation, no alcohol heat, pleasant crisp dryness on the finish. It drinks a bit like a refreshing pilsner with a little heft.
Overall, Sun King has won me over. What a fantastic beer from what I'm gathering is a fantastic brewery. Will definitely pick tons of this up if I come in contact with it again.
Price paid : $2.29 / can
Would buy again : yes and yes and yes

Deep golden in color. Head is off white with a dark hue. Nose is fresh and clean with hoppy overtones. Taste is very fresh and refreshing. Good beer.
