chocolate infused wee mac, grabbed at the brewery just yesterday.

poured cold from the growler to a sun king shaped pint a crisp and translucent dark coppery brown with a two finger, big bubbled, foamy tan head leaving a bit of spotty lace after each sip.

aroma of brown sugars, light toffee, graham cracker and just a hint of cocoa.

very nice, toasted malts, molasses, and mellow milk chocolate following up after in the finish.

light bodied, medium carbonation, sweet but not cloyingly so

overall: nice take on scottish ale, and a cool addition to the wee mac variations. i'd give it another go, especially if the next batched amp'd up the chocolate !
