A: The beer is hazy amber yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that died down a bit but consistently left a short head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy and spicy hops are present in the nose along with underlying notes of caramel malts.
T: The taste has flavors of citrus, gooseberry, and spicy hops along with notes of caramel malts. There is a moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: In this day and age, I was shocked by how much malts this IPA had in the smell and taste, although they were a bit weaker than those of the hops.

Beautiful burnt orange color, nearly translucent, with a dense, sudsy slightly off-white head, leading to spicy, juicy tropical hop aromas on the nose. Very nice.
The juicy hops flow into bitter grapefruit flavors that lead to a dry finish. Sun King did a great job with this, IMHO.

16oz can bb 12/14/18 poured into a Sun King craft glass at fridge temp, no ABV listed on can. The beer pours bright honey amber with nearly white head. The head recedes to a few bubbles and a thin ring leaving a little lacing. The aroma is candied orange, peach, possibly grape, but very fruity. The taste is semisweet caramel first rolling into a medium plus bitterness full of citrus, fruit and earthy hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with less than medium carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, very good.
