Served On-Tap @ Bayou On Bay

A — Pours a nice lightly orange hue into the small glass. There is a thin off-white colored head that forms on top and leaves behind some impressive lacing.

S — Smell is strong and pungent, a huge upgrade on standard Interurban. I get pungent fresh notes of Grapefruit peel and flesh, a little bit of a vegetal and dry rosemary kick is apparent, but it is very subtle.

T — Loads of fresh Grapefruit balanced upon a semi-sweet pale malt foundation. Little bit of an herbal and pungent hop and rosemary note ties everything together.

M — Medium bodied with a chewy and lingering finish.

O — Very good overall, a great infused IPA from Fremont, the Grapefruit here is very apparent and nicely balanced.

I visited the Brewery in July 2013 and had this amazing Randall'd beer. It was served pint only (no growlers). The beer without the randall is great but the grapefruit and rosemary flavors take it to another level. Top 2 best IPAs I had in Seattle (the other being Elysian Spacedust IPA). Cheers from NJ!
