Opaque milky tan turkey stock with almost no head, but what is there is an off-white color.
This is hitting tropical and stone fruit notes all over the place, from sticky, sweaty, pungent peach, to Asian fruits, rambutan, mango, and more, as well as some pine to break things up a bit.
