Another great offering from Fremont. Bought a can at Trader Joe's, Bellingham.
Very reminiscent of Lush.

No bottling date. Is there fruit in this? Tastes like peaches were added at some point. A kind gift from Alisa. A decent beer. A solid, hoppy finish and feel. Tasty but unremarkable.

Fresh case.

L: Filtered gold-tangerine with an unevenly thin ivory head and no real lacing.

S: Extremely floral (lilac possibly), slightly spicy, biscuit malt and bubble gum.

T: Follows the nose with off-dry honey sweetness.

F: Standard weight and carbonation - resinous.

O: A fine beer. Glad I split the six though.

Poured into a Fremont pint glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a fine, one finger white head with great retention and nice lacing. Aroma of pale malt, citrus and dank hops, lemon, light orange, hints of mixed tropical fruit and dank cat. Flavor is pale, slightly caramel malt, citrus, piney and dank hops, lemon, light mixed tropical and light stone fruit, light pine. Citrus and piney hop finish. Light to moderate creaminess. A liked this way more than I expected. Although I'm a big fan of Fremont and their IPAs, I thought this might be a bit light in malt from the aroma, but although the malt is mildly flavored, it is very supportive. The hops start off rather typical of NW piney and citrus, but quite a bit of mixed fruit comes into the play into a quite flavorful hop finish. There is a lingering exotic citrus flavor in the aftertaste that I really liked. I really like this and hope it becomes a regular offering from Fremont.

12oz can (canned 1/14/2020) into a tulip. Pours a slightly hazy golden straw, white sudsy head, patchy lace.

Aroma is nice tropical citrus, if I had to guess Simcoe, Mosaic, and/or Citra are at play.

Taste follows nose. Nice crisp hop bite, goes down super easy.

Mouthfeel is soft on the palate, almost like a Belgian; thirst quenching.

Overall a delicious, refreshing IPA.

Six pack of cans picked up at QFC in Bothell, Washington.
PKGD 12/23/19, served in a Samuel Smith pint glass.

Look- Light golden straw color, modest bright white head that quickly receded to a thin ring of foam around the edges. Light spotty lacing and light carbonation as it sat.

Smell- Onions, garlic, over ripe melon rind, rotting vegetation/hops, warm summer cat litter box, light citrus and grassy notes.

Taste- Much like the nose, almost upset my stomach wretched. This is gross.

Feel- Really light bodied, probably the best thing it has going for it.

O- Quite easily the worst offering I have had from Fremont and I've been around since the beginning. Should have spent a few extra bucks and grabbed this year's Sister. Major disappointment. NOT going back to this.

This is definitely a very different brew compared to their other offerings, and I rated it a little higher for this. I’ve been a fan of these brewers for awhile now so I was pleasantly surprised to how they seemed to take on a different angle with this brew. It’s very clear with the soft golden color of a classic IPA. There seems to be concentrated flavors and oils of spicy pine needles and dark earthy greens, The bitterness follows with an aspirin-like astringency. There are loads of peach and melon flavors, but the characteristic lushness of Fremont’s other brews isn’t there in the lower register for me, this one sits higher near the middle of my tongue . The malt has a different presence too, more sponge cake than graham cracker. Then it has a very effervescent quality, very airy with tiny bubbles that have reduced along the edges of the glass. A seemingly sessionable beer that would get you wasted if you tried too

12oz can served in a snifter. Packaged 12/23/19.

Pours mostly clear light amber-gold with a big fluffy head that looks like its fading slowly and leaving some pretty attractive lacing. Smell is a little bready, a little lemon/citrus.

Taste is somewhat mild -- more bread/biscuit, lemon and honeysuckle.

Mouthfeel is a little filmy. Overall, it's a good beer.
