Our Hop Program is our way of always trying to move forward especially with new hops and new hop combinations. Never standing still and always trying to make things better are our goals. Beer 1 in our Hop Program is a clean IPA featuring Mosaic, Columbus, Centennial and Nelson Sauvin hops. It was inspired by Sapping Mammoth, our collaboration with Half Acre Beer Company. Thank you to Gabriel and Matt for being great partners.

Appearance: pours a golden yellow color with a nice head, and some moderate lace developed during the session.
Smell: lemon zest and some pine tones come through.
Taste: caramel, lemon zest, green grapes, some earthiness, pine, and a nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Crisp to start, less crisp and dry at the finish.
Overall: a well balanced IPA that is satisfying.

The appearance was a hazy golden bronzed orange color with a thin white layer of foaminess. No lacing. The smell had started off with some sweet citrus and bitter grapefruit rind. Light sweet onion dankiness strolling in underneath. The flavor copies the smell pretty much the same. Light sweet danky onion and citrus aftertaste. Semi-smooth sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent ssessionably low carbonated smooth feel. Overall, great AIPA, definitely would have again!
