Aromas of citrus (lemon, lime), fresh cut grass, bread crust, subtle notes of sulfur and underlying floral aromas. Clean with a moderate sweetness and low bitterness. Hops: Grungeist, Hallertauer Mittelfruh, and Magnum.

16.9oz bottle, stange glass, bottled 8/15/22.
Diamond clear, gold, voluminous white head. The head is lumpy and picture perfect.
The aroma is as delicate as a flower and clear and precise as a German cast bell. Light sulfur, floral, clean pale malt.
Full, clean pale malt is followed by a tinge of sulfur and then a pronounced jasmine floral hop flavor.
The body is light and carbonation light to medium. It isn’t quite as playful as I’d like, but good nonetheless.
It is almost like a piece of modern art (in a good way). Clean lines, select vibrant colors, simplicity.

Mostly clear gold with minimal sparkle through a slight fog under a puffy white foam that quickly recedes to a sparse film and uneven ring.
Faint biscuit and lightly toasted corns create a mild sweetness while a delicately herbal hop presence balances it out.
The medium body is lifted by a tingly, ever present effervescence and finishes semi-dry.

10 oz pour on tap at Frisco Taphouse in Crofton. This has to be the perfect pilsner. Aroma and flavor feature crisp, off-dry bready malt, floral/spicy hops, and fresh-cut grass. Mouthfeel is crisp, clean, and smooth, as drinkable as can be. Delicious.

Bottles picked up at the brewery, dated 15AUG22. Can’t emphasize enough how delicious this is. Had it on draft and then bought a few bottles and it got better each time. So crisp and refreshing with a hint of hops and infinitely drinkable.

Pour a dirty straw, slightly cloudy, bubbly quick disappearing head.
Nose is strongly herbal and floral, subtle Pilsner malt sweetness.
Taste is again heavy herbal and almost verges of having weed like qualities to me, verging on skunk. Minor sweetness.
Light body, soft on the tongue, not that dry or crisp with a low bitterness.
Different beer to be honest if I drank this blind I would not say it was a pils, it’s a little overly hoppy and not dry and crisp like a pils. Almost reminds me of a super light hoppy blonde.
