A 500ml poured into a Pokal.
A hazy and very pale straw color with a thin head and decent lacing.
Lightly toasted malt, grainy, lemon citrus, lemongrass, pleasant bitterness and dry finish.
A proper tasting Pale Ale. Kudos to the brewmaster for not adding IPA style pine hops to the brew like so many others have done.

500mL bottle
L: slightly hazed yellow-golden body; frothy off-white head
S: nutty & biscuity grain, floral lemon & grapefruit citrus
T: pithy & floral lemon and grapefruit; pale malt, biscuit, and wheaty nuttiness
F: medium body, moderate carbonation, balanced and dry finish
O: I rarely buy Maine, but I should more often because they’re all good

Bottled 05/13/25, into a pils glass.
Pours a clear yellow with exceptional white foam. Aroma is incredibly bright and dank, very aggressive even at over a month old. Flavor is quite balanced but smooth, going between soft, mildly sweet herbs and bold hop and malt ideas. It feels very much like a carbonated, concentrated meadow tea, with huge mint and tea flavors alongside some sugars and heavy pale malts. Feel is great, very heavy on the carbonation which helps the mint and tea ideas.
Overall, a fantastic pale ale. Very old school, but impeccably executed.

Tap at Belmont Station. Colour...lightly cloudy yellow-gold with a huge white head. Nose....lemon pith and zest with wet hop leaf . Palate...fleshy and refreshing with light bodied cigar leaf ( like a Hampton Court), hop dust and a delightfully crisp and spritely feel on the mid palate. The finish is long for a pale , and lightly bitter.

Peeper presents with a strawlike hue and ample fluffy head.
Grassy, herbal, lemony, and definitely floral hop essence come through strongly in scents and flavors. The finish gets dry.
Body is a bit thinner than expected, my biggest criticism here
Overall a well made Amercian Pale Ale that puts hops front and center and leaves your malt desires wanting more, and effective way to increase drinkability

Hazy , yellow color. Big , white head. Citrus , bread, and herbs in the aroma. Strong and pleasant hoppy bitterness in taste. Crispy and easy to drink.

An outstanding beer, clear pour, pale yellow, strong head with a bitter aroma,. Crisp, cold, refreshing but more depth and complex after tastes, a bit of pine.

Single 500 ml bottle - packaged late October 2024.
Pours a bright slightly hazy golden with 2+ fingers of tight bubbly white head with remarkably nice lacing.
Grassy, citrus, and herbal nose with a touch of sulphur - bready.
Bready, doughy malt, citrus, slightly herbal and floral on the palate - backend bitterness, grassy with a touch of pine.
Crisp bright medium mouthfeel with a soft lingering bittersweet finish.
