A: lighter than I expected - hazy straw colored: pillowy white 2 finger head with decent retention; nice lacing;

S:well balanced; grapefruit with some pale malt;

T: flora hops up front, then citrus rind with steady bitterness from mid-palate through long finish;even though there isn't a lot of bitterness, there's not a lot of sweetness to counteract it;

M: lighter bodied than I expected; crisp and light; moderately carbonated;

O; really good; lighter than most APAs both in color and body;

Bottled 5 weeks ago. I'm a huge MBC fan, but my revisit of Peeper is a big let down. The modern hoppy pale ale has passed this one by. My business plan would be to keep the phenomenal MO as the pale ale offering and use the additional fermenters to offer Dinner to the public in a more respectable way than make them stand in 3 hour lines. Loyal fans of this brewery deserve more respect for the exorbitant price they are charged to patronize MBC. I drop the mic!

Hazy golden brew. Big fluffy head. Looks like beer looks in an ad. Subtle nose of hops and malt. Prickly carbonation with a lighter body. Nice crisp flavors.The finish was hoppy but not overpowering or particularly long lasting. Not a massive hoppy beer that beer geeks generally rave about but still very solid very quaffable beer.

A: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was an inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.

S: A very good aroma of hops, a little malt, and some fruit.

T: Tasted of a moderate amount of hops, grapefruit, malt, and a hint of pine as well. Possibly one of the most focused flavors you're apt to find in an APA. Lightly sweet, not overly hoppy, and very tasty.

M: A well-carbonated beer with a dry and smooth finish. Light-bodied.

O: One of the better APAs I've tried in a while. Very well done and definitely drinkable.

Golden-yellow color with a gentle foamy head that dissipates to a general ring along the edge. Nice hoppy aroma of citrus. Tastes of grapefruit and the biting hop bitterness is present on the tongue too. Good carbonation and quite delightful to drink. Hits the spot!

Pours a hazy blonde with hints of amber and a finger head with good retention. Smells of wheat and hops both conservatively. Taste picks up with a slight lemon mixed with a great balance of maltiness and hops. Overall this is incredibly well balanced and enjoyable/ sessionable at 5.5.
