Overall a great IPA. Very balanced with the right amount of citrus and pine. Love the finish. Can't wait to try it again.

Hazy pale golden color; pours with short lived, lightly sticky head.

Bottled 3/31, so less than 3 weeks ago. Thanks Eric!

Tons of hop chatacter in the aroma. Grapefruit zest, some spiciness, and grassiness. A bit of sugar cookie malt for balance. Heavenly.

One of the dryer IPAs I've tried, loving that. The lighter, more delicate hop elements from the aroma are noticeable up front. The finish is a dry, biting, aspirin note. Quite a contrast from start to finish. A hop showcase for sure, nothing sweet to be found.

This has a lighter, bone dry mouthfeel. Great beer, thanks again Eric!

Quick review. Super dry, nicely-hopped IPA. Looks nice, smells better. I like the carbonation here & the extra-dry finish.

Picked this up a few weeks back at the Whole Foods on Houston St. in New York City. I always say that IPA's are a dime a dozen so I wasn't sure if this would measure up to the heavyweights the top this category. This one didn't have to because as the Alstrom brothers said in their review, this was certainly an East Coast IPA. Not as aggressive as those from out west, this had such nice balance to it while delivering a mild punch and wonderful array of flavors at the same time.

This born on date for this beer was Saint Patrick's Day, so it was nice and fresh. Lovely pour as the hazy yet glowing golden hue, everlastingly frothy head, and soapy rings of lacing left behind all combined for a solidly pleasing appearance. The aroma wasn't as strong but it was nice as well. Grassy, floral, and strawberry notes could be discerned and combined with the straw and champagne-like lightness of the taste, led me to believe that this wasn't just another IPA. Some grapefruit and tropical fruits came in later and the carbonation was perfect, leading this to remain light from start to finish. It almost reminded me of a Farmhouse beer crossed with the Ithaca Flower Power, as the funky nature of this beer meshed with the subtle, piney hops wonderfully.

The alcohol was a tad high but with so much going on here, it's hardly noticeable. The malt sweetness really balanced everything and served as proof that IPA's don't have to be hop bombs to be enjoyable. The bottle design is much like the beer inside of it - subtle, smooth, and outwardly simple but make no mistake: this was a well-crafted brew that could be a lunch all by itself. Impressive stuff!

High quality IPA. Not too hoppy, but nice dry hops and very smooth and creamy feel. Doesn't seem like 7 abv at all. Lemony, straw, grassy. Maybe slight hint of lime. Lived up to my hopes and expectations. Excellent.
