Style: American Pale Ale (APA)

Alcohol by volume (ABV): 6.00%

Availability: Year-round

Notes / Commercial Description:
Our first run at an American Pale Ale. Flavors and aromas of zesty citrus, passionfruit, and pine present themselves throughout. A very subtle malt sweetness for balance, but this is intended to finish dry.

Just after opening our brewery, working long nights, weekends, and still maintaining our day jobs, my brother Daniel (the brewer) had twins. Cheers to his courage and dedication to making better beer.

Pours very light straw. A little cloudy. Fine bubble egg shell head. Sticky laces. The smell bursts with citrus notes: grapefruit, mangos, lemon peel, and pineapple. The taste follows. This is a great beer for citrus-heads. Very light malts backbone and distinctive yeast character. Very smooth, crisp, and light body.

This is a great beer - all around. A lot of the citrus notes of Zombie Dust are similar and the light malt to hop ratio of Pliney is present.

I think this is excellent and is underrated.

This might be my favorite American Pale Ale. Great Beer.. I love having this beer on tap and bottle is great as well. This beer has just the right amount of hops.. Nice and smooth..The percentage of alcohol at 6% is perfect ..if u haven't had this beer, try to get a hold of it
