Reviewed from notes taken Summer 2014:

On-draught at a bar in Vilnius. Weissbier. Served in a pilsner glass.

No bubble show forms as it's poured.

HEAD: 1 finger in height. White colour. Nice complexion, consistency, creaminess, and thickness. Appears soft and inviting. No lacing sticks to the sides of the glass as the head recedes.

BODY: Hazy orange-copper of nice vibrance. No yeast particulate or sediment is visible.

Looks nice for a wheat beer. I'm looking forward to trying it, but it's far from unique or special for the style.

AROMA: Wheat, unexpected malty sweetness (maybe from 6 row?), orange peel, clean 2-row malted barley, creaminess, and fruity citrusy esters.

A pleasant aroma of mild strength, with no overt booze or off-flavours.

TASTE: Orange peel, fruity yeasty esters, a bit of artificial orange flavour, some yeast derived banana, fairly fresh wheat, and strange malty sweetness. Balanced, but underwhelming. The genuine orange peel and full fresh wheat is nice enough.

Average depth, duration, and intensity of flavour. Rather simple, lacking any subtlety to its straightforward build.

MOUTHFEEL: Smooth, wet, clean, medium-bodied, refreshing.

Not oily, gushed, hot, boozy, astringent, harsh, rough, or scratchy.

Complements the taste generally well, but fails to accentuate specific notes or to elevate the beer as a whole.

OVERALL: A middle-of-the-road weissbier with no remarkable attributes. It's very average, and will scratch your weissbier itch, but the discerning drinker will find it unremarkable.

Comes under a name "Senojo Vilniaus Kvietinis" with the same ABV.
Pours amber cloudy beerwith moderate 2-finger head, leaving scanty laces. Aroma of citrus and coriander, very sharp and spicy it's definitely not hefeweizen, but witbier. A taste is rather disappointing, too much barley to be a true witbier, aforementioned spices in the finish. Not so drinkable and refreshing, as it was awaited.

330 ml bottle from Lithuania

Pours hazy dark yellow with large white head that very slowly fades, generous patchy lace. Aroma is orange, yeast, bits of banana, quite fruity overall with sweet malty background.

Taste is fruity malt with slightly tangy yeast, light sourish citrus finish and long lasting lemony aftertaste. Mouthfeel is smooth medium with moderate carbonation.

Quite good and very drinkable Hefeweizen. Unusually good for the Baltic States.
