Damn this is good and just pure joy and happiness. Amazing head. Large, white and lasts forever--very tasty too. Beer looks like god's piss, like liquid gold and just a bit hazy (god has good piss). Tastes like apples, pears with a hoppy IPA-like grapefruit finish. Just lovely stuff.

Poured into a tulip glass. Golden and hazy in the glass. A billowing white head with great retention and lacing. The aroma featured the yeast, floral esters, clove, and candy. Bright flavors on the palate: some bubblegum, slight banana, and some clove. Rock candy finish. Dry and medium bodied. Outstanding.

Reviewed on 04/14/18, best by date on label 12/04/18 . Poured into a goblet at 50 degrees. Aroma was typically bready and yeasty with various spicy tones my nasal abilities could not really pinpoint. Two fingers of foam that dispersed to a white film by the finish , not much lacing. Very well balanced so , nothing , not alcohol , malt , hops or my imagination dominated. There was a slight tartness and i believe a peppery after taste, or, was that my imagination? Anyway I love this , and , I think I need to do a head to head with Chimay Cinq ,just for fun.

I am totally disappointed. Drink it only if somebody pay the bill for you. Otherwise do not waste your money. I have tried better tripel and so much cheaper

A great commercial tripel. As classic as it gets with plenty of fruit (banana), yeast, with good carbonation and bitterness to balance it.

Lovely hit of banana and spice on the nose, banana bread and spun sugar flavor. Lovely golden body, persistent head. A full, lush delicious take that delivers on the classic attributes of the style. Seems appropriate.

750 ml bottle into a tulip glass. Bottled 1/19/17, had 7/14/17.

Pours a hazy golden color, with a two inch foamy head with good retention and lots of foamy lacing. Smells of Belgian yeast, light banana, cloves, other spices, light malt, wheat, a light funky wet hay aroma. The taste is similar to the nose, with Belgian yeast, malt, spices- clove and coriander pop out, still a light funk. Bready, with a fair amount of bitterness throughout. Smooth, crisp, a solid body, a high level of carbonation.

A very good, classic Tripel. More bitterness than others in its class, but great aroma and flavor. Worth a purchase.

Drunk @ cellar temp and poured into goblet:

This golden orange frothy head beer is nothing special. Not my favorite of Belgians. Smell is a fruity perfume with flavors of burnt sugar malts with a candy banana finish. Nothing worth seeking out, much better Belgians out there.
