I have been going to Lyndwood Square Wine and Spirits for several years and it is my favorite shop in the area for more common craft beers. The selection is good, although well below that of the Perfect Pour, also in the area. Some of the brewers represented include Ayinger, Dogfish Head, Lagunitas, Victory, St. Bernardus, Rochefort, and Goose Island among many others. All of their offerings can be found cold in addition to some at room temp. Recently two new refrigerators were added to accommodate singles including bombers of american craft beer, belgians, and lambics. In addition, there is a shelf in the back with a selection of beer available for a mixed six. It would be nice if this included everything in the store, but it is a nice option. Maybe we can talk them into expanding it. The prices are equal or lower than others in the area and the store is owned by a father and son. The father is very knowledgeable about wine and the son is the beer expert. Both are very courteous and helpful, although the other staff are typically much less knowledgeable.

Stopped into this store as...well a mistake....on my way back home from Baltimore. I actually needed to stop by an ATM and just so happened to see this store so I stopped in. As soon as you walk into this place there right in front of you in the cooler are 2+ doors of micros. Some of the selection was Clay Pipe, Lagunitas, Clipper City, Dogfish Head, Ommegang, Rouge, Stone, Troges, Goose Island, Kona, Oskar Blues, and others. Good prices on all of the beers I saw. They had about a 20 bottle mix a six selection. My only complaint was that you couldn't mix any of the bottles in the store which I would have loved to do. The service in there was friendly and even checked on a few beers that I didn't see. Sadly they didn't have them. We chit chated for a second but I don't think he knew much about beer which was ok. I was suprised with the selection and spent a little bit of money in there. Next time I'm out there I will take the small detour to stop in again. I would recommend this place as a out of the way store to check out to others from out of town.

I was going to visit a friend in Elkridge and wanted to pick up a cheap six pack. I saw the Giant and there was a liquor store right beside it. So I knew they would have your typical macros in there...but boy was I wrong.

As soon as I walked in there was two coolers full of craft six packs right in front of me! There were also cases of craft beers sitting there and they were broken open if you wanted warm six packs. The selection in there was nice...Lagunitas, Clipper City, Troges, Ommegang (I'm pretty sure), Stoudt's, Rogue, Stone. They also had a selection of cold 750 mL bottles. I walked into the coolers and they had cases in there broken up as well. I really liked that you could break open a case if it wasn't on the shelf to your liking

As I was walking out of the cooler and heading to the register...I ran into a mix-a-six section. Now it wasn't boasting the best selection...but I'm a fan a mix-a-sixes. Their selection was very local (Fordham, Clay Pipe) as well as others (Kona, Sierra Nevada, Magic Hat). For $8.99 I wasn't complaining.

This was a great find for me. I walked in expecting to spend $8 and ended up spending $25. A pretty good selection and you can even pick up your groceries next door.
