This is one of the few beer bars in Gainesville, FL. In addition to having about 25 draught beers, of various quality, the owner of the bar also has two or three of his own homebrews on draught. That alone makes this place unique. I've tried the homebrews when I go in there, and unfortunately they are not my favorite. There is a wide variety of commercial beers including MCB, but also Redhook, Newcastle, Sam Adams, Abita, and a few other interesting beers. The beers are usually served in plastic cups, which is a bummer and as the night wears on the clients of this establishment get really really drunk. After about 10PM, its time to leave if you don't want to be in that scene. On Saturday night there is karaoke, always interesting that night. I do recommend you check this place out if you are in town and like beer.
