Appearance: Arrives with a pale golden color topped by a modest head; not much in the lacing department

Smell: Grapefruity, with just a hint of bready malt

Taste: Just a hint of bread, up front, and then the flavors are dominated by the grapefruit; slightly herbal on the finish

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: Refreshingly light, with a very nice grapefruit character; I always enjoy low ABV beers that pack in the flavor

For a sessionable IPA, this is the best I have had to date. I actually didn't realize the abv was so low.

Poured on-tap and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a hazy, bright, maize-gold coloring with a filmy, clingy, bright white head. Nose of tropical fruit and berry sweet forward, with resinous hops notes, rich on pine and dank vinous character. Flavors are rich citrus forward, with notes of grapefruit, lemon, and orange rind, followed by sugary sweet caramel notes. Very smooth and balanced. Sweet citrus and grassy aftertaste, with subtle effervescence into the clean, dry finish. Good beer! Very refreshing.

On draft at Tap and Barrel, Smithtown, NY.

Poured a medium brassy hue with a one finger foamy white head. There was very Goid retention and lacing.

The smell featured resinous piney hops aplenty.

The taste consisted of a full on hop assault with elements of pine, pepper and grass. A nice crackery malt as well.

The mouthfeel was typical of the style with a clean finish.

Overall a tasty balmy session bomb.
