Poured on-tap and served in a tumbler pint, the beer is a bright, pale, clear yellow-gold coloring with a thin, filmy white ring on the surface. Nose of toasted grains, a touch of sweet cream, and a touch of spicy hops. Flavors of bittersweet cream with a resiny hopping that leaves a sweet and sour tang to the aftertaste. Light and crisp in mouth, with a filmy, bitter linger to the finish. Interesting brew.
