A friend in the area wanted to bring me here to check it out as he knew I was into beer. Nestled in The Depot shopping complex, this is a cool looking little wine/beer shop. Everything they sell is available in singles. Kind of baffling to see several varieties of Sierra Nevada, yet only one Summit and one Schell's beer offered in singles. Many craft and import options for singles and six pack with some special release larger bottle offerings. Service was friendly and helpful. Solid selection, but nothing compared to any of the good to great bottle shops in the Twin Cities. My one gripe of this place was pricing. All singles were priced at $2.25 with large format and six packs priced well above pricing around the TC metro. Sorry, but you're one hour away from the TC metro, your pricing is not justified. For the area, a nice store however.

This is a tiny little store enclosed in a bigger department-like furniture/cookware/gourmet food store.

I got the last bottle of Deschutes they had. They had a nice supply of Belgians and locals, that was the main point. The other imports were okay.

The prices are dirt cheap, a 11.2 of Belgian beer was 1.95 and a bomber of Deschutes only 3.99. Though it seemed like a touristy spot, it was relatively inexpensive.

The cashier was very friendly and looked up to see if they had any more Deschutes but they didn't.

It certainly isn't the best stop in town but it is worth a look for its competitive pricing and decent selection.

Good selection of singles. Prices are a bit high though. Friendly staff although they perhaps are more knowledgeable about wine than beer.

I am not sure if there are no BA's in St. Cloud or if everybody is trying to keep this a secret, but C&C has to be one of the best bottle shops that I have been to when visiting MN and I can't believe that I (somebody from CA) am going to be the first to review them. Beyond the selection, the ability to buy singles on any beer available without some outrageous premium price makes them one of the best craft bottle shops that I have been to...period. I am not from St. Cloud, so it is hard for me to put the location into perspective outside of saying that it is down a lonely stretch of route 23, just before the 94. It is an embedded business inside of a place called Grand Depot. Most of GD is nik-naks and regionally sourced food items and in a back corner you enter C&C. I am sure that they are also as good for wine, but to be honest I made a straight shot to the beer cooler. For all out of staters who want an amazing place to try singles of all the top beers distributed in MN, this is your stop. It may not go as deep as Four Firkins in St. Louis Park, but the fact that I can pick up singles of Bells, Surley, and even 3 year old aged Goose Island Belgian-styles, more than makes up for missing out on some of the smaller local breweries like Flat Earth (which I will pick up later at FF). Sorry to anybody trying to keep this place a secret, but if you want businesses like this to stick around, you have to share the wealth. This is a MUST stop for BAs living in or just visiting the area! I know that I will be back for at least one or two more rounds before I leave town.

Atomosphere: I was very impressed with Cork and Cask. The store itself is nestled in amongst a very interesting home decor type store. When I first walked in I was skeptical because it appeared to be a large wine store; however, there was a large beer cooler in the back which got me excited.

Quality: The quality of beers offered was pretty decent; there was a lot of beer from microbrews in MN and WI, as well as some well known breweries (Bell's and Rouge are the only two coming to mind right now) across the nation and the world.

Service: The employee working there was very friendly and asked me if I needed any help; he didn't seem to have a very good knowledge of beer (had to keep referring to a book when I asked him if they carried certain types of beers), but he did find the answers to a few of my questions. I found it more effective to just peruse the selection myself, as he seemed to be a wine afficianado.

Selection: The selection was good, there wasn't a ton of beer there, but there all the beer there was of good quality.

Value: I found the prices to be very reasonable. There was a pretty large selection of singles, and virtually everything they sold in sixers or four packs could be bought in singles. The best part is that the prices for the singles were not inflated--and I was able to buy several a variety of high quality singles that I couldn't have afforded if I had to buy them in 6 and 4-packs.

Overall: I was able to buy a large variety of beer for a great price, and the next time I am in the area, Cork and Cask is a must stop for me!

Really good selection of single beers to go along with low prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about beer which is always a plus. I had a few questions about items on stock and they did their best to answer and gave me their opinion. They have all the good local brews as well as a nice selection of imports. Bombers are very cheap although the stock is limited. They also have a great wine selection if that interests you. The only draw back is its a bit out of the way if your a resident in St. Cloud, but if your headed west out of the city on Highway 23 its worth a stop.
