Nothing too special, guest tap.
On tap at Cigar City. A little floral honey. Rather plain cream ale, a little Hallertau hops flavour, a bit of honey.Golden colour, a little white head.A tad meady and drinkable on a hot day, like a light mead. I would rather put some New Zealand honey in hot water and skip the carbonation part.

A: clear, straw with a touch of gold. Rapidly dissipating head.

S: malty, semi sweet

T: touch of bitterness. Malty and cream and honey notes.

M: Moderate carbonation, and light bodied. Very smooth.

Overall: These cream ales always taste more lager-like to me. I really have to focus to get the cream part but for what it is, it is done well.

On tap at the brewery.
The pour was very light yellow-gold, crystal clear with a small but durable white head. Scant lacing.

A pleasant light malt aroma with a nice honey overtone.
Body is light, as expected, with near perfect carbonation. Refreshing, as is the light, honey/malt flavor.

O: best cream ale I've ever had.

huge thanks to frank for sending me up the barrage of ccb growlers, loving to get to try these. poured into a pint glass.

the pour was much the same as the chocolate version but with a little less head retention and a bit more of a hazed appearence. Very light aroma, nearly non existent at times with light hints of hops, light honey sweetness and a herbal note but it was all under an umbrella of grain and light grassy notes. clean and smooth again with the flavor with little in the way of aftertaste and light dryness in the finish.

overall a nice and solid beer, nothing out of the norm though.

Pours a rich golden yellow color with a large frothy white head with great retention and lacing all around the glass. The aroma is malt, citrus, honey and a touch of hops. The taste is malt with a faint honey-like sweetness, citrus and a nice touch of hops in the finish balancing out the sweetness very nicely. Glad I finally got to try a beer from this brewery, looking forward to trying more of their lineup.

On tap at Vello's. Pours yellow with creamy heqd, very light colored on both counts. Sweet honey citrus smell. Flavor is sweet but light malts with a rather dirty, lingering dusty finish. Light body and refreshing as a whole but the finish takes away from it.

Wild Night pours a really light, white gold. It's almost colorless enough to be straight water, until you finish pouring the full contents of the can and it becomes a bit hazier and creamier colored. There are some steady bubbles at first, building a pearl white, sea foam head, which does not retain, at all.

Perfumey flowers come off the nose initially. While not overpowering, they are oddly present in abundance. There's also aromas of a little buttered, sugared popcorn, and a faint hint of amaretto.

Taste up front is a slight tang of lemon, with light, round honey, a bit of corn, and tart grape.

Crisp, semi-dry, and tart enough to almost come across as a Gose. While an unusual take on the style, I like it better than a few other examples I've had recently.

Poured light yellow, probably straw colored. White, scanty head that didn't last too long. A touch of corn and light grains with a hint of metallicness, pears, and grass, but all of this is extremely light. Flavor is very hard to distinguish. Rather bland and not much to the beer. Not offensive, but nothing really standing out either.

On tap at Epcot, pours clear yellow color with a small white head that faded quickly and left minimal lacing.

Smells and tastes of sweet malt, light caramel, lightly toasted grains, lemon zest and a touch of spicy hops. Just enough balance to make it basic and easy drinking in every way.
