Pours the color of apple juice with practically no head. The nose has contrasting dominant notes of both cider and molasses. The flavor has notes of diluted apple cider vinegar. The body is thin even for the style.

Bottle, at Den Tatoverede Enke, Copenhagen. Strong fruity aroma with notes of oak, farmhouse, caramel and spices. Sourish flavour, some oak and spices. Not the best gueuze I’ve had.

From Cervezasbelgas, Almuñecar. In Teku glass. At lunch, with macarroni bechamel + merluza. Soft funkness with a smooth sweet caramelly background. Odd profile for a lambic but easy for introduction to sourness

Look: crystal clear, golden amber. One finger foam, no lacing.
Smell: fresh and delicate aroma with no leading flavor. Some apple and wildflowers.
Taste: ok. Sweet and a bit sour.
Feel: warm and oily, extremely pleasant on the palate. Light to medium carbonation.
Overall: a highly drinkable one. I liked it.

Copper liquid with almost no head. Aroma is sweetness, slight tart, apple, almost cider, not inviting at all. Taste is as bad as aroma, too much sweetness, caramel alike, slight tartness which is weird with the caramel. Exactly taste like a out gazed soft drink. Can’t take more than 4 sips, I had to throw it the sink.

This is a very light lemony fresh sour beer. Drinking it causes you to want another if you like it. It's not too much either way, not wacky flat, or silly bubbly. It,s just right.

This beer tastes the way a sharpie permanent marker smells. Wonderful after dinner drink!
