I split this one with my wife, during a quiet night at home, playing cards. It pours a light amber color, you could call it peach I guess. The head is fizzy, very white, and (for the most part) stable. The aroma sure lets you know that you're drinking a beer flavored with peaches. It's got an almost overdone sweetness to the aroma, that's tempered by an acrid sourness. It's a funny balance, and it's a little rough-hewn (given my high expectations), but it more or less works. The longer I sipped, the more I enjoyed the smell. The taste is similar: extremely sweet, balanced by a tartness. Fairly light and carbonated mouthfeel...a little more depth of body would have gone a long way. It lacks the complexity of a lot of fruit lambics, but for those who enjoy peach aroma, this isn't half bad.

Best before 07-2006. Pours in ok but without a huge head and what was there went as quick as it came. Beercolor is good though; bronzebrown and totaly clear.
Nose is peach, sweet, sour and think there is some hops too. All together making it a good smell that i can appriciate.
Taste is lot less, sour& sweet unbalanced and peaches up on top. This makes your mouth cramp together and no way I'll ever get into this kind of fruitbeers. BTW I'll refuse to ever call this a lambic!

Very sweet cordial peachyness, very light and sweet. Sparkling fruit cordial to the max, unexciting, yet mildy drinkable and slightly refreshing, one for the girls or the friend who only drinks Bacardi Breezers or something. Hard to say too much more about it.
