St. Michael's is an important stop for cruisers and sailing day trippers from Anapolis and other areas in the Chesapeake region. Stocking up on beer and alcohol is an important part of that.. and given that St. Michael's is a small town I wasn't expecting very much from ACME grocery.

However, I was pleasantly surprised. There's a full aisle devoted to beer. There's more imports and crafts than there are BMC offerings.. and some good crafts to boot. Clay Pipe, SN, Rogue and others are here.

Service is about what you'd expect at any grocery store.. and so are the prices. But if you're in St. Michael's in pining for an all malt hoppy beverage don't pass this place by.
