This store has your typical liquor store feel. It's not huge but uses its space well and carries some good inventory; beside that, it's not too small, either. The owner clearly loves his business and personally keeps up with beer release announcements, etc. In the store, wine and liquor share a few rows on the right side with coolers in the back and craft building up toward the left side. There are also mixed boxes toward the front and at the ends of aisles with specials, closeouts, and the like. They carry a good variety of some MI-only craft (Oddside, Short's, Liberty Street, etc.) along with lots of the other guys. Employees are friendly and offer very good service, as well as being mostly able to tell you what you need to know. There's no reason not to stop by and check this place out if you're in Monroe.

This is a "mom&pop" type carryout located just North of the downtown Monroe area. Impressive wine and liquor selection, as well as a pretty good beer selection. Beer section and coolers are located to the left and rear of the store. Many Michigan craft brews are well represented such as Bell's, Founder's, Arcadia, and Atwater to name a few. Many varieties of each can be found cold, as well as seasonal offerings. Of course, many macros are available, but I also found Sam Adams, Stone, and Dark Horse, another fine MI brewer.
Service is friendly and competant for the most part, with Joe the owner being the man to see for any particular questions or needs. The great thing about this store is that craft kegs are available for order, with only a day or two wait, depending on the distributor. In other states, such as Ohio, kegs are available fom the distributor only, which can be an inconvenience.
Overall, Broadway Market is a good stop for craft brews, especially of the Michigan family, or for your craft beer keg order.
