Bottle. I gave the appearance a 3.5 without getting a clear look at it. Bouquet was average. The taste wasn't much better, with limited amounts of the lemon peel present. Mouthfeel was average too. Really a poor man's Oberon (although I don't know if it's actually less expensive).

Not a bad offering, but a little too weak and mild on the flavor for me. Off of the pour, I got a nice vibrant orange color, but the carbonation seemed low. The smell was subtle citrus and pepper. The taste was nice, I got a mild and crisp hop taste. This was not bitter at all. I also picked up hints of orange and/or lemon peel and pepper. Overall not a bad offering, I just found it a little dull and mild for my taste buds. I would say this is a very average middle of the road beer.

Poured from a 12 oz bottle.
A-Straw golden color, head dissipated quickly
S-Grainy smell, little bit of hops(maybe just hoping there was)
T-Light grain, slightly bready, a little sour, some hops at the end. Where is the wheat?
M-Not bad in the mouth, decently carbonated
D-Just not a very good beer. I barely finished this one.

Pours a clear golden color with little to no head and no lacing. Aroma is bready/yeasty. Taste is very bready malts with little to no wheat and no distinguishable citrus. Taste is similar to Budweiser. Mouthfeel is fine for the style and it's relatively drinkable as a lawnmower beer. Unremarkable.

12oz can with no freshness date.
LOOK: Clear straw, lacing holds, some bubbles
SMELL: Lemon zest, orange pith, bready, clean, faint hops, grapenuts
TASTE: Crisp, moderate body, wheat, bready, slightly toasty, nutty, citrus peel smack, dry, clean, mild bitterness, quick to finish
Somewhat of a no frills summer brew, typical but it works. The lemon / orange twist does well here and is not overwhelming.

Appearance: hazy, golden-yellow in color, 1/4 inch head, high carbonation
Smell: sugar, wheat, and lemon
Taste: sugar, wheat, lemon, and underlying citrus hops
Mouthfeel: high carbonation, light bodied, nice combo of sweet and bitter
Overall: An average summer beer in every sense of the word. Not a bad beer, but not one I will go out of my way for either.

12oz bottle, no date. Pours a clear pale gold. One finger white head is creamy, but doesn't stick around for long. Some spotty big-bubbled lacing hangs on.
The aroma is yeasty, accented by some floral hoppy notes and dry, slightly spiced malt, with a little bit of cardboard thrown in. The flavor is very grainy with citrusy hops and a bit of a metallic aftertaste. Not all that much going on.
It's extremly light bodied. It demonstrates very little complexity, but it is bright and vibrant and shows some action on the tongue, with a subtle berry finish. Very drinkable, just not all that intersting. But, it is a summer beer, and works well as that, on a hot day or with spicy food.

Nice looking beer with a great aroma. Sweet citrus and orange juice on display with a bit of spice. The taste is totally disappointing though. It's not bad, just boring. Very mild and clean, so maybe good for the beach or a picnic.

Clear-as-a-bell light gold appearance with a frothy head that's down to a skim in half a minute. Laces in mostly small dots. Honeyish aroma, hints of hay and wild yeast. Light mouthfeel, carbonation is relatively subdued. Standard malt offering, a bit of brown sugar sweetness and a vague citrus tang that's mostly a memory at a pretty thin close. Some tea-like qualities late in the profile, low hop impression and esters are small and masked by sweetness. Somewhat metallic all the way around, but I guess it should be a little better drinker in the hot weather.

Big white to slightly off white head just sort of sits there above a cloudy well carbonated washed out straw golden colored beer.
Light lemon citrus aroma without much else going on.
Light lemon and orange citrus taste, seems slightly washed out.
Light almost lemon sourish and slightly dry aftertaste on this light bodied beer.
Pretty light tasting beer, might be a nice beer to have in the evening on a super hot summer night.

This one's a golden yellow, paler than I thought it would be. There's a decent head that retains itself fairly well and a ring of lacing is left in the glass.
There's a little sweetness with something earthy in there. Hops presence is very light but discernible. This is almost like a macro.
There's a wheat backing with a mild hops presence, and the earthiness is in the flavor as well. There's also something a little astringent and I find myself wondering if I'm tasting adjuncts in here.
The body is light to moderate and the mouthfeel is a moderate balance of crisp and smooth, but neither is at an impressive level.
I was a little surprised by this one and somewhat disappointed.

part of the sampler at the Breckinridge BBQ & Brew Pub, Denver
We started lightest to darkest. Maybe not the best way, especially with a DIPA in the middle - but it worked out. This was a citrus wheat, quite light in color and taste. It was easy-drinking and quite refreshing. I'm sure this sells well with the recent boom in popularity of the hefes and such. I enjoyed it enough, but I kept looking forward to the bigger ales.
