Cask at Ladyface

Pours a really clear golden color with a white head. Sweet malt, banana, clove, bubblegum, and a hint of cotton candy. The pepper notes seems to be accentuated by the grains of paradise in the cask. A touch of alcohol in the background. The flavor is bready with some sugar sweetness and a fair amount of fruit such as banana, pear, and apple. Some clove notes and quite a bit of pepper. A little bit astringent on the palate.
