A light golden yellow with a whitehead that has decent lacing and retention. The smell consists of corn, biscuit, and grains. The taste is a rather watery grainy taste with a hint of corn and perhaps apple/pears. Mouthfeel is light and watery which makes it very easy to drink. Overall a very well made beer for the style. I'm not a fan of light beers, but this is one of the best light beers I have had.

On tap at north Peak in TC.

Clear straw with a nice wispy head that lingers and a nice lace throughout the drinking experience.

Smell is very mild but ripe pears and corn flake is apparent.

Taste is fresh and clean, watery. Very macro in quality with a bit more hop character than the big macros of the US.

This is a pounder on a hot day. A quality brew for those that wish to have a locally brewed beer but are not advocates of the craft beer movement.
