1 pt 9.4 fl oz brown glass bottle served in a snifter, reviewed live:

A - Pours a semi-transparent golden orange/copper color that fades to light golden near the bottom. The head is 3 fingers tall, white, seemingly fizzy and rocky. Retention is very good given the high ABV. Very appealing.

S - Clean malts, sugar, sweet fruits and bready yeast. Mild in strength. Inviting, albeit simple.

T - Spicy phenols and bready yeast open over a very clean and almost airy body. Pepper comes to mind. It's fruity without being sweet. A fair dose of bittering hops finish it off. I think I was expecting more complexity, though it's built very well and carefully balanced.

M - Light bodied, airy, highly carbonated and a bit of a dry finish. Very nice.

D - I like this one, though if I have it again I'd like to have it on tap. It's built extremely well, never shows its ABV, and is easy drinking.
