Brewers notes:
"Wood Aged. Seven select grains, blackberry, honey and ample additions of Amarillo. Dried fruit, caramel, mint, and brown malt."

Served in a tulip at Decofest, thanks to Steve for sharing!
Quick review from written notes.

Poured a dark chestnut brown color, a cluster of larger bubbles forms at the edges and quickly fades away to nothing. Still on the surface, with no carbonation visible.

Aromas of wet wood, booze, leather, papery oxidation.

Taste was sort of tangy and odd, not really sour but a light acetic sharpness was present. Wet wood, musty leather, sort of vegetal. Little to no carbonation, full bodied and slick feel. Sort of difficult to drink... the abv seemed high so I ended up dumping the last of mine.
