Warm, smoother than expected. Goes well with food.

Does its job. Odin's Gift must go well enough with a variety of foods because I had it with a spicy noodle dish (for which lagers are preferred) and Odin's paired OK.
Looks better than the average redhead (let's call it intriguing.) Smells are mostly malt. Tastes like those malts are balanced well enough (that is to say, not too much Northwest hops.) This Gift sits fine in my mouth. Now can I eat my spicy dish ?
I went to go on Odin's website and it is under construction. But, they seem to have a diverse lineup of styles. However to appreciate the flavor of a brewer, they need their website.

Available in a six-pack at BCL Kingsgate Mall. I've never heard of this brewery, but this beer was contract-brewed just up the street from me at Factory Brewing here in Vancouver.
A: Fairly dark, almost brown. Beige head.
S: Sweet and malty.
T: Balanced, not super hoppy.

Smells somewhat odd like a sour beer, but tastes great. Interesting hybrid between witbier type yeasty flavored and amber ale hoppiness. Good stuff...smooth caramel malty

A well-rounded brew. Warm flavor and smooth tone that feels like a sip of liquid satin. Served cold, the first taste is crisp. A perfect blend of ingredients. Not so filling as it leaves room to pair with a nice filet!
